Something Good LA was founded By Chef Vivianna Hernandez and Mariana Acosta in 2015 in a small patio area of Three Clubs Bar in Hollywood California.

Mission
We were both inspired by the idea of creating food based around our Childhood favorites. This is where our Angus Beef Sliders and Loaded Tater tots originated. There was something so special about these small burgers on Hawaiian rolls that were perfectly toasted in butter on both sides that brought people coming back.

Vision
In 2018 we decided to expand on the idea of our Childhood favorites along with our love for Brunch and created the Something Good LA Food Truck. We became one of the first Brunch trucks in LA serving up Breakfast all day at Breweries & Festivals.Our Truck favorites included our Chorizo Breakfast Burritos, Tamale Waffle and Mora Waffle.
In 2023 Something Good LA Restaurant was created along with partner Dontay Kidd with the idea that Something Good LA was to become more than just dining but a culinary experience. The idea that we could bring to Norwalk all the best flavors of Los Angeles with Brunch and Childhood favorites. You can enjoy our pop up and food truck dishes along with some of our new creations such as the Fried Chicken and Waffles, Grilled Cheese Burger and Pastrami Sando.We pride ourselves in being a destination spot for Good Vibes & Good Food.
